Cosmos sulphureus (Cosmos ‘Sunny’ Series)

Life: Annual

Size: 18-20"

Light: Full Sun

Water: Dry to Average, Good Drainage, Somewhat Drought Tollerant Once Established

Soil: Mildy Acidic to Alkaline, Poor Sandy Loam to Loam

Similar to marigolds, but with semi-double rather than double flowers and unscented foliage, these heat loving annuals have bright yellow, orange or red flowers from late spring until frost. This 18-20" variety has stems long enough to cut and attracts butterflies like crazy. Be sure to dead-head them to prevent seeds from forming and providing a constant supply of buds. Extremely easy to grow, they require full sun and good drainage.
